MHDC First Place and Next Step Programs
As a Certified Lender for Missouri’s MHDC loan programs, Stifel Bank & Trust is reducing barriers to becoming a homeowner. The MHDC First Place Program offers affordable interest rates along with a Cash Assistance Payment (CAP) of up to 4% of the loan amount to first-time homebuyers2 and veterans. The MHDC Next Step Program is geared towards non-first-time homebuyers with downpayment and closing cost assistance.
